Bio
Sharon is no stranger to the Searle Center. As an undergraduate at Northwestern, she was part of one of the first classes of teaching partners for the International Scholars program. Sharon received her B.A. in Art History from Northwestern and then continued her studies in the same discipline as a graduate student at Columbia University. With her academic background and interest in teaching, Sharon developed education programs for art museums in the Chicago area and Canada and served as an AmeriCorps volunteer for a national early education organization before re-joining the Searle Center.
In her current role, Sharon works with the Associate Director of Graduate Student Development on the TA Fellows program, the New TA Conference and Teaching, Learning & Technology. Sharon also coordinates the Small Group Analysis service and contributes to Center public relations and technical support.
