Bio
Sara is responsible for the operation of the Gateway Science Workshop program. In this role, she manages program operation and acts as a liaison among the various stakeholders of the GSW program, including students, faculty, and administration of Northwestern University.
Prior to joining the Searle Center staff, Sara served as Assistant Director of Admissions at the Kellogg School of Management. She is a graduate student in the Higher Education Administration and Policy program at Northwestern and her interests include undergraduate retention efforts and developing programs for underrepresented students. Sara previously taught in Chicago Public Schools and has a Master in Arts of Teaching from National Louis University. Sara earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
