Bio
Dreana provides administrative support to many of the programs and research projects at the Searle Center. Some of her responsibilities include: budget management, staff payroll and HR processing, facilities management, supervision of work study students, and many other general department administration tasks.
Dreana holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Anthropology from Northern Illinois University, where she also minored in Art History. She has had additional post-secondary science training at Northeastern Illinois University. She brings expertise in finance and payroll systems. Since joining us, she has earned certification through the University Business Processes Series and continues to develop her managerial skills.
