Rachael Baiduc joined the Searle Center for Advancing Learning and Teaching as an Associate Evaluator in 2014. In this role, she works on quantitative and qualitative data analyses and assists with several evaluation projects. She holds a PhD in Hearing Science and a Masters in Public Health (MPH) from Northwestern University.
While a graduate student at Northwestern, Rachael conducted studies pertaining to hearing health and cardiovascular disease in the elderly as well as strategies for differential diagnosis of age-related hearing loss in humans. She also earned a Teaching Certificate through the Searle Center and has mentored numerous undergraduates and Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) students in the laboratory. She has served as a teaching assistant or co-instructor for more than 15 courses in the communication sciences and disorders discipline.
