Not necessarily. A driver must select your ride and give you a wait time, so you may not receive one right away. When demand is high, it may take a little bit for a driver to select your ride so don’t worry if you do not get an ETA right away. If it has been a significant amount of time feel free to call in to check on your ride.
Try logging out and logging back in, this generally solves the problem. If that doesn’t work try uninstalling and re-installing the app again. If it is still acting up, you may call in and a dispatcher will manually enter the ride into the SafeRide system for you.
