I entered a ride via TapRide and haven’t received an ETA, is it broken?

Not necessarily. A driver must select your ride and give you a wait time, so  you may not receive one right away. When demand is high, it may take a little bit for a driver to select your ride so don’t worry if you do not get an ETA right away. If it has been a significant amount of time feel free to call in to check on your ride.

What do I do if I get an error message when logging into TapRide or if it is blank when I open the app?

Try logging out and logging back in, this generally solves the problem. If that doesn’t work try uninstalling and re-installing the app again. If it is still acting up, you may call in and a dispatcher will manually enter the ride into the SafeRide system for you.
