Paul Pavlica

I am currently an Assistant Director of University Residential Life at Northwestern University. My primary responsibilities are to oversee community and leadership development within on campus housing, as well as supervise Area Coordinators that oversee undergraduate residence halls. I started my tenure at Northwestern University as an Area Coordinator in August of 2004. Before arriving at Northwestern University, I was working and studying at a small liberal arts college in Boca Raton, Florida called Lynn University. There, I served as a Residence Director and completed a Master of Educational Leadership degree with an emphasis in higher education administration in 2003. My undergraduate college was Central Michigan University. I graduated from CMU in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education with a major in social sciences and a minor in history.
