So we can refer you to the appropriate staff member please be prepared to tell us in which residence hall/residential college your student resides. Voice mail messages or emails received after business hours will be returned on the next business day.

For emergency assistance after business hours, please contact University Police at 847-491-3456 and ask to have an Area Coordinator on duty paged. There are two Area Coordinators on Call 24 hours a day, seven days a week when classes are in session.
