Questions and Answers
Why did you choose Northwestern?
It is a great school, its relatively close to home for me, and its close to Chicago (so frequent trips are possible).
What is the best thing about being a student at Northwestern?
The options that are available to students, not only in the classroom but in extracurricular and sports. There is something for everyone at NU, and if there is not a specific club or sport that you are looking for, then you can create it.
What is your favorite spot on campus?
With out a doubt, the Lakefill. It's a beautiful place to just relax … even in the winter, but bundle up!
What's your favorite class? Why?
I have too many to answer. Sometimes, when looking back, I think about the hardest classes I have taken and realize that they weren't that bad and that I've learned a lot. I guess the answer is any class I've learned something that I didn't know before, and so far that's been all of them.
Tell me about your involvement at Northwestern beyond your RC.
I do a lot with the Residential Colleges, but I still have time to play in the non-majors orchestra here on campus. I also take the time to play IM sports and cheer on some of our competitive sports teams.
