Participate in On Campus Recruiting

On-Campus Recruiting (OCR) registration for Fall 2017 is now open. You may register for on-campus recruiting and information sessions via Career Cat, Northwestern's online job posting and career registration system. OCR is an excellent way to reach Northwestern students in a convenient and productive way. All on-campus interviews are conducted in our three-level 26 room Interview Center on our Evanston campus. The NCA recruiting team will assist you with your travel questions, requests and scheduling needs.

2017 - 2018 Recruiting Calendar

The Interview Center

Your interviews will be at The Lincoln Interview Center located 630 Lincoln Street, at the north end of the campus, just west of the intersection of Lincoln and Sheridan.

Hours

The Interview Center is open from 8:00 am to 5 pm. Our staff is ready to greet you for your day of interviews at 8:00 am. If your interviews end after 5:00 pm you are welcomed to stay; however, staff members may not be available to assist you.

Parking

There is a parking lot that surrounds our building. If you are driving, please come to the front desk for a parking pass when you arrive.

Food

We will provide lunch for our employers each day so that you can stay in the Center out of the elements and focus on discussions with students and colleagues.  Lunch will be served from 11:30 am – 1:00 pm.  In an effort to increase sustainability and unexpected surpluses of perishable food items, please let us know if your company is not joining us for lunch. If you have any questions or to decline lunch please contact Kim Corbin.

Additionally, we have hot coffee, tea and snacks in our Employer Lounge throughout the day.

Virtual Interviews

For students who study abroad, approximately 60% choose to do so during fall quarter. As a result, NCA technologically supports organizations who are willing to interview candidates who are studying abroad.

Study abroad students will sign up for your interview schedule in CareerCat as an in-person candidate normally would. Then NCA will directly connect with students who are abroad to obtain their Skype information. During those students' scheduled interview slots, NCA will provide your interviewer with a laptop and set up the Skype session.

If your organization would prefer to interview study abroad candidates via phone, a virtual interviewing software, or at another date/time, please connect with your Employer Strategist.

If policies prohibit your organization from interviewing candidates virtually, we recommend that you include this information in your job posting.
