Interview on Campus
NCA approves requests for interview and event spaces as they are received, with priority given to corporate sponsors. We make every effort to process your request as quickly as possible.
You may register for on-campus recruiting and information sessions via Handshake, NCA’s career management platform.
All on-campus interviews are conducted in our 630 Lincoln Interview Center on our Evanston campus. The NCA team will be on-site to assist you with your day-of questions and check-in student candidates. Pending availability, this space may also be used to host coffee chats or as a quiet place for a student to conduct a virtual interview.

Your interviews will be at The Lincoln Interview Center located 630 Lincoln Street, at the north end of the campus, just west of the intersection of Lincoln and Sheridan.Hours
The Interview Center is open from 8:30 am to 5 pm. If you have interview needs outside of these hours, please make this request in advance of your visit and we will do our best to accommodate you.Parking
There is a parking lot that surrounds our building but a pass is required. If you are driving, visitor parking passes are available, free of charge to our employer guests. Please let us know upon check-in that you need a pass and we would be happy to provide one.Virtual Interviews
Employers are welcome to schedule interviews an in-person or virtual modality. If scheduling virtual interviews through Handshake, please just make sure to indicate that at the time of the request and communicate platform logistics to candidates in a timely manner. Occasionally students may also ask for a virtual interview as an alternative option because they are traveling as a student athlete, studying abroad, completing a co-op, etc. While this decision is at the discretion of the organization, as always your flexibility in these matters is appreciated!Additional Questions?
