University Resource Planning Process

Provost Holloway is introducing a revised University Resource Planning Process to ensure that our resources support our ambitious goals for Northwestern. As the budget officer for the University, the Provost is leading a collaborative resource planning process with deans, vice presidents, and other leaders that is guided by University priorities and grounded in the pillars of the University’s strategic plan. Learn more.

Global Strategy Task Force

The Global Strategy Task Force will work with faculty, deans, administrators, students, alumni, and trustees to develop an integrated strategic plan and define a global engagement strategy for Northwestern University in the coming decade. Learn more.

Transition Programs Plus Council

The Council is a working group made up of faculty and staff from across the University who work towards developing and implementing strategies and programs that are designed to support the transition and ongoing success of low-socioeconomic status (SES), first generation college, and international first-year students. The Faculty Task Force on the Undergraduate Academic Experience engaged with faculty and student colleagues, School leadership, and administrative leaders across the University to identify opportunities to enhance and strengthen the undergraduate academic experience of Northwestern students.
