Native American Inclusion

Overview

Northwestern is committed to enhancing inclusion of Native Americans in many aspects of the University community. The Native American and Indigenous Peoples website contains a comprehensive timeline of activities, beginning in 2013 with the Provost's formation of the John Evans Study Committee to review and report on the history of John Evans, one of the founders of Northwestern University. The findings of this committee and the ongoing work by many individuals across the University reflects our commitment to the inclusion of Native Americans on our campus and in our community.
