Faculty Development and Leadership Programs

Whether you seek to improve a specific leadership skillset or fill a formal leadership role, such as department chair or program director, our Office sponsors many programs to help you succeed.  We encourage you to also check with your school to learn about what targeted resources may be available there. Many of these programs are by nomination or invitation only.  If you have questions about participating, please contact Celina Flowers, Director, Faculty (c-flowers@northwestern.edu).
