Marianna Kepka is Assistant Provost for Academic Initiatives and the Senior Director in the Office of Change Management.

In the Office of the Provost, Kepka directs initiatives that cross units/schools, in particular leading efforts in online and blended learning and coordination of the University’s professional master’s programs. As senior director in Change Management, Kepka engages with leaders in schools and units across the University to analyze, develop, and implement change in order to improve strategy, operations, and organizational processes.

Kepka joined the Office of the Provost in August 2008 after working for a higher education consulting company. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the College of William and Mary with a double major in Spanish and International Studies. After working in the financial sector for a number of years, she received her Master of Science in Higher Education Administration from Northwestern University.
