of Political Science at Northwestern University.

Using advanced, high-bandwidth Internet2 connections this site
simulates--in a web environment--Master Classes taught by leaders in
the fields of public policy and political methodology at the 1999 Annual
Meeting of APSA, the American Political Science Association.

Members of the Northwestern University Academic Technologies
team (a division of NUIT), Mark Schaefer and Adam Fenton, designed and
architected the site with assistance from Jason Betke, Denise Duffy, and Andrea Land.
