I was trained as an artist (BFA 1982, School of the Art Institute of Chicago), but found that by sketching plants and landscapes I became interested in botanical science. 27 years later I am about to gradu
ate with a Master of Science in Plant Biology and Conservation.Jurors’ Comments:
