Kellogg's familiar refrain: 'We’re No. 1'Ranked top executive MBA by BusinessWeek every year since its survey beganBusinessWeek magazine has named the Kellogg School of Management Executive MBA No. 1 in the world. The Kellogg program has been named No. 1 in BusinessWeek since the survey began in 1991. In an article, BusinessWeek noted the Kellogg program’s emphasis on teamwork and its rich learning environment, as well as professors’ “flair for capitalizing on their own company-specific knowledge — gleaned from years of consulting work — while weaving in their students’ real-world experience.” In addition, the biennial BusinessWeek survey also examines executive education, where Kellogg ranked No. 9 in open enrollment and No. 10 in custom programs. Both BusinessWeek and U.S. News and World report have named the Kellogg EMBA program No. 1 in the world for more than a decade. In 2004, BusinessWeek magazine gave Kellogg’s full-time program the top rank in the United States, an honor it has achieved a record five times since that biennial survey began in 1988. The top five EMBA programs, according to BusinessWeek, are: 1- Northwestern 2- Pennsylvania 3- Chicago 4- Michigan 5- North Carolina, Chapel Hill |
