Nine alumni classes reuniteThe Northwestern Alumni Association’s 2005 Class Reunion weekend is filled with activities that allow former students to reminisce about the good old days. Whether having graduated five years ago or 45 years ago, there is plenty to do during the weekend of Sept. 23-25. The reuniting classes are 2000, 1995, 1990, 1985, 1980, 1975, 1970, 1965 and 1960. Individual class parties will be held on Saturday evening at a variety of different locations around Chicago and Evanston. The rest of the weekend is complete with sporting events, lectures and seminars and tours of campus. Highlights include a football game vs. Penn State, Gospel Brunch at the House of Blues and an Architectural River Cruise along the Chicago River. The Henry Crown Sports Pavilion and Norris Aquatics Center will be open for use by reunion alumni and their guests throughout the weekend. University parking restrictions will also be waived for the entire weekend. |
