The President presents for approval the following Degrees, Diplomas, and Certificates to be awarded at Commencement, June 18, 2004 to candidates who have fulfilled all requirements, paid necessary fees, and have been recommended by the respective faculties of the University.

Summary

The President recommends that the foregoing Degrees, Diplomas and Certificate be granted to the respective candidates, provided subject to the discretion of the President in case of each student, that as to conclusion of Commencement exercises at which the Degrees, Diplomas or Certificates are to be conferred, the student has no University debts, continues to be enrolled in good standing and has no University disciplinary charges pending against him or her. The President also recommends that the Degrees be conferred in the absence of candidates upon recommendation of the appropriate faculties.
