Open Enrollment has been extended through Dec. 5.
One significant situation affecting some employees is HMO Illinois’ discontinued relationship with the Northwestern Memorial Faculty Foundation (NMFF) physician group. Some employees with HMO Illinois coverage who wish to retain their NMFF physician may choose to select a new health plan. Aetna HMO has been added to provide such employees an HMO option with an NMFF affiliation.
