Open Enrollment extended to Dec. 5Open Enrollment for the 2004 benefit programs has been extended to Dec.
5. Among the changes are a new HMO, eligibility of over the counter medications for reimbursement from the FSA health care account, new prescription drug benefit manager, and new spouse and dependent term life insurance plans. Employees may obtain information on 2004 changes through the Open Enrollment Web site as well as the Benefits Division Open Enrollment booklet, which will be sent to all benefits-eligible faculty and staff.
