Name and title: Zenobia Robinson, department assistant for University Services, Chicago

What she does: She schedules and coordinates the daily slate of department and individual moves. The office-to-office moving schedule is constantly full, she says, at a University that sees as much construction and relocation as Northwestern. She is also the motor pool resource for the Chicago campus. She handles billing for University Services and provides relief support for the WildCARD and parking systems.

Length of service: She’s worked at Northwestern for almost 20 years, starting in University Police in 1984. Having always worked in Chicago, she likes the intimacy of that campus.

Busiest time of year: The start of the parking season…late August through October, when everybody’s parking sticker expires at the same time.
