On the job: Angela Hill

Name and title: Angela Hill, Benefits Counselor

What she does: Her primary responsibility is to assist staff with questions or problems regarding benefits.

From the typical to the absurd: She regularly fields questions from “How do I enroll in the supplemental retirement plan?” to “Can I include my pet on my health insurance?”

Benefits staff: She is one of three benefits counselors and is assigned to individuals whose last names begin with the letters P-Z. Her colleagues are Ruthann Cameron (A-G) and Cliff Cornelius (H-O). The three rotate and spend each Tuesday on the Chicago campus for one-on-one counseling.

What she likes: “It sounds cliché, but I’m motivated by helping people get answers.”
