On the job: Alison Niederkorn

Name and title: Alison Niederkorn, assistant director, Center for Learning and Organizational Change

What she does: She handles marketing, budgeting and operations for the center, which administers undergraduate and graduate degrees, as well as business workshops with local firms. Current partners include Baxter International, Deloitte & Touche and Perkins & Will. She also develops curriculum, gives input on the center’s research agenda, advises students and serves as a teaching assistant.

Info sessions for the center’s master’s degree program are upcoming on Feb. 20 and March 13 at Annenberg Hall.
