On the job: Alison NiederkornName and title: Alison Niederkorn, assistant director, Center for Learning and Organizational Change
The center is: A learning community, housed within the School of Education and Social Policy, composed of scholars, practitioners and students. Its aim is to improve the performance of workplace organizations. What she does: She handles marketing, budgeting and operations for the center, which administers undergraduate and graduate degrees, as well as business workshops with local firms. Current partners include Baxter International, Deloitte & Touche and Perkins & Will. She also develops curriculum, gives input on the center’s research agenda, advises students and serves as a teaching assistant.
