On the Job: Art Monge

Name and title: Art Monge, manager, WildCARD and vending.

What he does: He makes sure the university’s multi-purpose one-card program works.
Always working: “The WildCARD program is busy 365 days a year, simply because the card is used for everything from the debit system to access control, including dorms and major buildings,” he says.

His name looks familiar: “On every vending machine, if you have an issue you pick up a comment card and my name and phone number are plastered right on there. I’m the one who gets all the phone calls with concerns, issues, complaints.”
