A. Change your meal plan
Online Meal Plan Request and Change Form - Login with you NetID and password to submit a meal plan change request.

Fraternity and Sorority Meal Plan Change Form ( PDF) - Mail or Fax your form to the Food Service office.
Meal Plan Cancellation Form ( PDF)-
Mail or Fax a request to cancel your existing meal plan.
B. Munch Money:

Card Online Form- Charge your Munch Money to your credit card. We accept American Express, Visa or Mastercard. It's perfect for Faculty and Staff who don't have a student account.
