How Active Are You?
It's no secret that physical activity makes you feel good, both
physically and mentally. However, finding the time to exercise is
not always easy. The good news is that you don't have to go to the
gym to reap the benefits of a workout. If you can accumulate 30
minutes of brief exercise most days of the week, you will be on
your way to a fit and healthy body. Take the following quiz to find
out if you lead an active lifestyle.

1. I take the steps instead of the elevator whenever possible.

throughout the day.

If you answered "True" to six or more questions, keep
up the good work! You are getting 30 minutes of activity a day!
If you answered "True" to five questions, you're doing
fine but may need to sneak another activity into your day.
If you answered "True" to less than five questions, take
time to re-evaluate your habits and get moving!
