Menu Identification Cards

In many dining locations, you will be able to assess the nutrition information for many of our food items through menu cards placed along the serving line. These cards provide the name of the item, suggested serving size, calories, total fat, protein, carbohydrate, sodium, and other nutrient information. The information on these cards is continuously updated.

The following symbols appear on the menu identification cards to highlight healthful items.
Vegetarian or lacto-ovo vegetarian items that contain dairy and/or egg products are displayed with this symbol. Meats, meat products, seafood, fish and poultry are excluded.
Vegan items contain only plant based ingredients. Excludes all meats and meat byproducts, poultry, fish, seafood, honey, dairy, eggs and egg products.
Carb Friendly items that contain 20 grams of carbohydrates or less are displayed with this symbol. This criteria does not abandon the healthy good carbs--fruits, vegetabels and whole grains.
Well Balanced items meet the criteria of major health organizations for reduced calories, fat, cholesterol and sodium. They contain 15 grams of fat or less.
