January is National Soup Month! Warm up with a hot bowl of homemade soup. The soup featured for this week is Crab and Corn Chowder. Each soup is homemade by Executive Chef Claudia Wyss of the Norris Center. The Crab and Corn Chowder will be available Monday, January 14 to Friday, January 18 at the Windy City Deli from 11: 00 am to 2:00 pm and 4:30 pm to 7:00 pm.
A new twist to the traditional Burger! The Cuban Style Angus Burger has premium Angus meat topped with thinly sliced ham, Swiss cheese, Dijon mayonnaise, leaf lettuce, and dill pickles. Served on grilled Panini bread.
The Crispy Chicken BBQ Ranch Salad at the Big Ten Café is delicious! This salad has romaine lettuce topped with crispy chicken nuggets, corn tortilla strips, cheddar cheese, red onions, cucumber, plum tomato, black beans, and roasted corn and served with a side of BBQ ranch dressing!
