nuCuisine is proud to present our Global Chef Program, a month-long international chef residency. Our first gourmet chef, Chef Samarn, comes from Thailand. Chef Samarn will prepare authentic, flavorful Thai cuisine right in front of you.
Chef Samarn will be cooking his specialties in the six resident dining halls and at the 1999 Buffet at the Norris Center. Don't miss out. Please check the schedule below for exact locations and dates.

The Windy City Deli’s latest limited time offer is something you won’t want to miss.
