nuCuisine uses the freshest ingredients in recipes, making our locations a great – and delicious – place to eat. An executive chef oversees each of our locations to ensure that each item is assembled to perfection.
nuCuisine offers a wide variety of items to meet students’ dietary needs. Vegetarian and vegan options are available daily at every location. Allison dining hall features a kosher station, where meals are available Monday through Thursday for lunch and dinner and Friday for lunch. At Sargent and Foster-Walker dining halls, halal items are available upon request.
