Allison's newly remodeled dining room creates an inviting atmosphere where students can enjoy a healthy meal while the bright sunlight shines through the glass-ceiling of the dining room. Allison's large food area offers a Just In Time (JIT) exhibition cooking area, freshly grilled sandwiches, a salad bar with a huge selection of toppings and dressings, an international bar, and classic favorites like pizza, salad and pasta. Vegetarian and vegan options are available for every meal. Kosher Meal Options Kosher Meals Under the Rabbinical supervision of Rabbi Dov Hillel Klein, kosher meals are now available Monday through Thursday for lunch and dinner at Allison Dining Hall.
