One of three food service operations open seven days a week, 1835 Hinman caters to a variety of diners who eat while enjoying a friend's company or who stop by to eat a quick meal before an excursion to Chicago. Whatever you are hungry for, 1835 Hinman offers something to feed your craving. A Just In Time (JIT) station provides made to order stir fry for dinner and fresh wraps, salads, and other specialty sandwiches for lunch. A grill line presents fresh, hot-off-the-grill burgers, fries and pizzas, and meets requests for special sandwiches.

Main entrees and homemade soups are offered at every meal. Pasta and salad are available during each lunch and dinner, and a cereal bar with six different kinds of cereal is always open.

The C-Store at 1835 Hinman offers Smart Market salads, sandwiches and wraps, bottled beverages, snacks and ice cream, as well as toiletries. If your heading to class and are looking for a quick cup of coffee to take with you, grab an espresso or cappuccino from the Seattles Best Coffee machine at the 1835 Hinman C-Store. They also feature a late night grill Sunday through Thursday from 8:00 pm to 2:00 am where you can order delicious grill items made-to-order!
