Freer
Mike Freer has worked in the hospitality industry for 13 years for many well known restaurants.
After earning his B.A. in Psychology, Chef Freer returned to school to pursue his true passion - cooking. He graduated from Kendall College of Chicago, considered one of the best culinary schools in the nation with a degree in culinary arts. Chef Freer’s formal training includes a culinary internship in Barcelona, Spain. He has also worked as a Chef for Resurrection hospitals and Loyola University. Now he is here on campus putting all of his skills to work for you at Foster-Walker Dining Complex!
