Throughout the year, Northwestern University Dining Services offers a variety of themed meals and special events in order to provide a fun and entertaining campus dining experience. These include a fun-filled Halloween dinner, a delicious, traditional Thanksgiving dinner, Gourmet Night featuring steak, shrimp and delicious desserts, a Chinese New Year celebration dinner, a Valentine's Day Dessert extravaganza, Cinco de Mayo fiesta celebration lunch, and many more. Play and Win
Be sure to participate in our many contests and activities each quarter. Past events have included a cereal eating contest, a jellybean guessing contest, count the Cherios, a pumpkin carving contest and much more. To view photos of contest winner please click here!

Global Chef Program
nuCuisine is proud to present our Global Chef Program, a month-long international chef residency. Chef Samarn from Thailand visited the Evanston Campus in November 2006. Chef Samarn prepared authentic, flavorful Thai cuisine right in front of the students. Stay tuned for the next global chef to visit Northwestern University.
