Do you want to have a say in your dining program? Speak with a manager in any of the locations about your comments or concerns. In addition, you can be involved in the decision making process about new meal programs and ways to improve your food service program.
Members of the management team are always available during meals to help you. Get to know your managers, and feel free to share your comments, suggestions or questions. Comment Cards are a quick and simple way to to make suggestions and to get your question answered. Comment cards are our most popular method for receiving instant feedback from customers. Our management team, as always, will be directly responsible for responding to the customer wants and needs on a daily basis. Additionally, we develop a catalog of customer comments, enabling us to examine what areas are of most concern to our customers as well as those areas that result in highly satisfied customers.
