Overview Financial Support Mentorship Student Life Service before Self Career Options Chicago

Benefits : Mentorship

Mentorship

My staff and I have a primary duty -- to serve our students. We create incentives and challenges that encourage students to take full advantage of all the positive academic, leadership, athletic, and cultural opportunities available to them during their four-year undergraduate experience at a prestigious civilian academic institution.

Commanding Officer MIDN in Lab

As your commanding officer, I'm responsible for creating the conditions necessary for your academic and military success. If you or your family have any questions, Email me and I will get back to you within one business day.

COLab Extra Instruction

Benevolence and mentorship are the hallmarks of exceptional military organizations. Outstanding military leaders find ways to create the conditions necessary for their subordinates to succeed rather than demanding success from their subordinates. All of us at Northwestern NROTC are responsible for supporting our students and future naval officers with the best possible counsel and available resources to ensure they develop the academic, moral, and social skills necessary for a lifetime of success.
