 Special Pay/Bonuses
Upon selection to Department Head, Surface Warfare officers can earn up to $50,000 in bonuses for signing on an additional three-year split sea tour as a Department Head. For nuclear-trained officers, that bonus is in addition to generous bonuses and unique benefits not widely available anywhere else.

Drill Team
"Delta Company" is a group of motivated, disciplined midship-men who form the Northwestern NROTC Drill Team. They practice drill at 0600 two mornings a week, and at 1900 on Sundays in the fall.
