Halloween at Norris

Below you will see a list of all our spooky programming this October. All activities are open to the public and to the Northwestern Community.

Get ready to have a frightfully spooky Halloween with Norris!

Monday, October 23

Halloween Craft and Slime Night

Learn how to make homemade slime in 5 minutes! Free Halloween Crafts, free food, and discounts on selected bisque.

Tuesday and Wednesday, October 24-25

Photo Fright Booth

  • Norris Ground Floor
  • 12pm -2pm

Stop by the Norris Photo booth for a spooky picture and free food. We will provide spooky costumes for all students!

Northwestern Counseling and Psychological Services will also be providing sleep kits as a part of Love Your Sleep month. 

Thursday, October 26

The Great Pumpkin Carving Contest

  • Norris Ground Floor
  • 4pm -7pm

Enter the Norris Pumpkin Carving Contest and win a grand prize! Northwestern students will vote for their favorite Pumpkin on the Norris facebook page! The Pumpkin with the most likes wins a prize!

Project Pumpkin: Sponsored by the Northwestern Community Development Corps

1,000+ elementary and middle school children from the Chicago area come to Norris for Project Pumpkin, an annual event allowing children to play games and trick or treat in a safe environment.

Friday, October 27

NU Nights: Masquerade!

Join NU Nights for an evening full of intrigue, free food, and fun! NU Nights is hosting a masquerade ball at Navy Pier on Friday, October 27th.  NU Nights will start with hot hors d'oeuvres on the ground floor of Norris at 5:30pm.
