Space Requests for Next Academic Year

Important Dates 

  • All Recognized Student Groups may request starting May 2, 2016
  • All University Departments may request starting May 16, 2016

Ways to Request Space

Web Requests via Virtual EMS

  • Must have a web account
  • Web account must identify you as someone who can make reservations for a specific group(s)
  • Web requestor must be the same name as the contact name (i.e., you may not make reservations for someone else using your group’s name or your name)
  • Web request must be made after 8:30am on May 2 for Student Groups and May 16 for Departments or Off Campus Clients
  • Any requests made earlier will be processed after all other requests

Event Requests via Email & Walk-In

  • Email address: norris-events@northwestern.edu
  • Email reservation requests and walk-in reservation requests must be made after 8:30am on May 2 for Student Groups and May 16 for Departments and Off Campus Clients
  • Any request(s) made earlier will be processed after all other requests

NOTE: All publicity spaces must be titled with the name of the event/campaign/info being promoted. Please include this in your web request and in emails to norris-events! Theatre groups must include play titles!
