Norris Event Production

What We Do

Norris Event Production is primarily a student run team, with 15-22 student Production Supervisors, and 50-60 student Production Assistants.  Our team sets up the rooms in Norris and Satellite venues, as well as providing basic technical setup and support in these spaces.

If you have specific setup needs, please tell your event coordinator from Norris Event Planning.  They will ensure we have the information we need to set up according to your specifications.

For advanced AV requests, or for dedicated staffing, please contact Norris Technical Services.

Hours

Production Coordinator, Office Hours:  T-S  1:00pm to 9:00pm

There is a Production Supervisor on duty at all times, when events are happening in the building.
