ACTING ON CAMERA CONCENTRATION


CORE

Acting students will attend an intensive five-week course focused on tailoring performances to the screen.  Students will learn how to analyze characters, make strong performance choices, and basic production techniques.

ELECTIVES AND SPECIAL PROJECTS

Acting Students will interact with production students in several advanced topic lectures, as well as collaborate on several group projects.

  • Auditioning

  • Acting for commercials
  • Acting for the web
  • Talent Blocking
  • Improv
  • Intro to camera and editing practices

FINAL PROJECTS

Each student will act in Production Majors' final projects daily, as well as other group projects.
