David Dana Named Clinton Research Professor


Scholar an expert in the field of environmental law

EVANSTON, Ill. --- David Dana, professor in the Northwestern University School of Law, has been named the Stanford Clinton Sr. and Zylpha Kilbride Clinton Research Professor.

Dana is a leading scholar in the fields of environmental, property, intellectual property and professional responsibility law. Prior to becoming a professor, he was an environmental litigator in both the private and public sectors.

Previously, he served as associate dean for academic affairs at the Law School. He has been published in leading publications of his field, including the University of Chicago Law Review and the Supreme Court Economic Review.
