EVANSTON, Ill. --- As the 2010 midterm election approaches, a growing group of conservative women calling themselves “Mama Grizzlies” is promising to make a difference at the polls on Nov. 2. In this audio Q&A, Victoria DeFrancesco Soto, assistant professor of political science and faculty fellow at the Institute for Policy Research at Northwestern University, discusses the origins of the political movement and the chances of it becoming a real factor in future elections.
