CHICAGO --- After 34 years on the bench, United States Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens (L47, H77) will be stepping down from the nation's high court at the end of the current term. In this Q&A, Robert Bennett, Nathaniel L. Nathanson Professor of Law at Northwestern University School of Law, discusses the legacy of Justice Stevens and his impact on the American legal landscape.
