Health Care Bill Ambiguous on Benefits

Northwestern health industry analyst Joel Shalowitz says much is left to be worked out.

EVANSTON, Ill. --- By a vote of 220-215, the U.S. House of Representatives has approved a bill reforming the nation’s health care insurance system. Joel Shalowitz, professor of health industry management at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, discusses the legislation and where the process goes from here.
