CHICAGO --- Beginning with Thanksgiving and stretching through New Years Day, the holiday season is a time when many families and friends will gather to celebrate the holidays together. Dr. Russell Robertson, professor of medicine at Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine, offers some tips for a happy holiday season.
