EVANSTON, Ill. --- Across the country, members of Congress are meeting with protests as they hold town hall meetings to promote President Obama’s health care reform agenda. Clarke Caywood, professor of integrated marketing communications at Northwestern University, discusses some of the errors he believes the White House has made in its communications strategy regarding health care.
