EVANSTON, Ill. --- Flu shots are available to faculty and staff again this fall.

The injections are provided by NorthShore University Health Systems Omega, a provider of occupational health services to the University.

The price for the flu shots is $32. Payment must be made on site with a personal check or exact cash.

Participants will be asked to complete a health form prior to having their flu shot, and Omega requests that participants who are either pregnant or who have immunocompromised health conditions provide a letter from their doctors authorizing them to have the shots. They also will need to show their WildCARD photo ID.

Flu shots will be administered at the following times:

Chicago: Abbott Hall, Suite 800, eighth floor, from noon to 3 p.m. Monday, Nov. 3.

Evanston: Norris University Center, Armadillo Room, from noon to 3 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 6.

(Nathalie Rayter, a sophomore in the School of Education and Social Policy, contributed to this story.)
