Second Communiversity Day Announced

Last April Northwestern opened its doors and welcomed about 800 neighbors to campus to sample a variety of programs and entertainment as part of the first Communiversity Day.

Nearly 200 different events, created by faculty, students and staff, highlighted the best of the University.

Spurred on by the day's success, Northwestern officials have announced Communiversity Day 2009, scheduled for Sunday, April 26. The day will feature more presentations on the arts, academics, athletics, as well as science and technology, for the entire family.

Events will take place in facilities across the Evanston campus.

Look to the Spring 2009 issue of Neighborhood News for complete information on how to take part in Communiversity Day.
