Shuttle Service Now Provided by New Firms

Northwestern University's Intercampus Route is now being run entirely by Free Enterprise.

EVANSTON, Ill. --- Northwestern University's Intercampus Route is now being run entirely by Free Enterprise.

The white shuttle busses will be similar in style to CTA busses and will be clearly marked with a sign indicating their route. All of the Free Enterprise busses are accessible for people with disabilities, have a rear exit door and those that aren't equipped with bike racks will have them soon.

The Chicago Campus Train Station and SafeRide Shuttles also are being serviced by Free Enterprise, beginning February 4.

The Purple and Purple Express, Ryan Field, Shop-N-Ride and Frostbite Express Shuttles are now being serviced by Coach USA, beginning February 4. The shuttle busses will be clearly marked with a sign indicating their route and the busses will be accessible for people with disabilities.

All of the shuttles are still running on the published schedules. Comments or suggestions can be to chicagoparking@northwestern.edu.
